Educational problems in the process of training in the special forces of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia

The article discusses the quality of professional training in the special forces of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. The author emphasizes the insufficient research and pedagogical study of this problem, and suggests the ways of its solution. It is proved that professionalism of the special unit commander, who is the chief organizer of training in the course of service, affect in large part the competence level of special forces personnel.
