Retirement benefits issues in the Republic of Buryatia

The article deals with the problem of pension provision in the Republic of Buryatia.It analysis the official data on pensions between 2007-2014. It defines the problemsof the Republic of Buryatia pension related to the number of economically activepopulation and wage levels in the region. It shows the way to solve pension problemsin the country. The paper carries out the correlation analysis of the assessment ofthe pensions’ growth dynamics, as well as the growing number of pensioners of theRepublic and its relation to the economically-active population in the region.
