Problems of training personnel for Russian economy in import substitution conditions

The problem of training personnel is examined for successful realization of strategy of import substitution, the tendencies of that are set by the issues of the day of the Russian economy. Importance of the question of creation of the national system of personnel training is distinguished under the needs of production presently absent in Russian Federation. The questions of internship of the Russian teachers are analyzed abroad and bringing in to the process of training of personnel of foreign specialists. The strategic aspects of these decisions, and their influence, come to light on the economy of Russian Federation. An idea is grounded that the system of education is a base not only for realization of strategy of import substitution but also for forming future consumer of home commodities.
