Problems of political and legal education and social protection of the young generation of Kazakhstan

The article considers the legal education of minors, protection of their rights, freedoms and legitimate interests. Government bodies and public organizations are in this regard of great importance. The state should make every effort for the development of the main provisions of legislation relating to minors in all areas of their life in order to create a healthy generation of Kazakhstan.
