Problems of increasing the efficiency of justice and the ways of their solution within the framework of judicial reform: analysis of provisions on professional judicial representation

This article examines the main legal provisions on the legal monopoly. Special attention is paid to the main problems arising in law enforcement practice in the course of professional representation in civil and arbitration proceedings. Based on the results of the study, a conclusion is made about how effective this institution is in the current edition.
