Problems of inheritance law in the Russian Federation

The article deals with specific enforcement problems of inheritance. At the same time, when considering the realization of the right of inheritance, not only actual problems in the current judicial practice are analyzed, but also future potential problems, which are not yet reflected in judicial practice, but are sufficiently discussed and have an important applied value.
