Problems of law enforcement of Article 260 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation on the territory of the municipality “City of Perm”

The article deals with problematic issues of qualification of crimes provided for in Article 260 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation on the territory of the municipality city of Perm. It is concluded that when determining the amount of damage caused as a result of illegal felling of trees and shrubs by individual courts, in violation of the requirements of the criminal law, the provisions of municipal regulatory legal acts are applied. Proposals are being formulated to eliminate such practices.
