Currently, road safety is the most problematic issue. Emerging problems in the application of measures to ensure production create legal features in this area and require their solution. This article is aimed at considering the problematic aspects of the application of measures to ensure proceedings in cases of administrative offenses in the field of road safety, and the authors also suggest ways to improve these problems.
