Problems of law enforcement practice in the field of internal financial control

The article is devoted to the analysis of such concepts as prescriptions and representations, standards of control, judicial practice in terms of the analysis of Article 270.2 of the BC of the Russian Federation. The author examines the concepts of prescriptions and representations, gives their characteristics, examines judicial practice in terms of issued prescriptions and representations, finds problematic points in terms of issued prescriptions and representations.
