Problems of law-making activities of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation

The article is devoted to the study of problems in the field of lawmaking of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation. It is required to consider the law-making activities of the Bank of Russia as a whole, that is, whether this function is necessary for it, whether it covers all the necessary political, socio-economic areas. Consider the legal acts related to the lawmaking of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation: the procedure for the adoption of regulations by the Bank of Russia, what goals and objectives they set for themselves, and whether there are gaps in these laws. It is also necessary to investigate the importance of each of the types of legal acts of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation and possible relevant problems associated with them. Study of legal acts of the Bank of Russia related to the regulation of digital currency. As a result of the research, ways of solving the presented problems were undertaken. Building resilience, increasing accountability and consumption, learning and sharing experiences, streamlining decision-making processes and engaging with stakeholders can help address current challenges.
