Problems of legal support of administrative and procedural activities of public authorities

The article actualizes certain problems of legal support of administrative and procedural activities of public authorities. The article substantiates the fact that at present the reform of public administration requires new forms and ways of citizens' participation in the management of state affairs and the transformation of existing ones at the present stage. The conclusion is made about the need to improve the mechanism of citizens' appeals to public authorities.
