Problems of legal regulation of the contract of commercial rental of residential premises

This article examines the implementation of one of the basic rights of citizens of the Russian Federation - the right to housing. The difficulties of solving housing issues of citizens of the Russian Federation are noted, one of the possible solutions of which is the conclusion of commercial lease agreements for residential premises. The main advantages of concluding a commercial lease agreement for residential premises are noted. The analysis of the current legislation, in particular civil and housing, for the legal regulation of this type of rental of residential premises is carried out. The legal nature of the contract is reflected. Gaps in the legal regulation of the contract of commercial rental of residential premises have been identified. The ways of improving legislation in this area of legal relations are proposed.
