Problems of legal regulation of civil service in the Russian Federation

The scientific article examines individual problems arising in the process of legal regulation of civil service in the Russian Federation. The main focus is on the analysis of practical aspects of the application of existing Russian legislation in the sphere of civil service, and proposals are put forward to improve legal norms to increase the effectiveness of legal regulation of the state civil service.
