Problems of legal regulation of artificial intelligence in the Russian Federation

The article examines the problems of legal regulation of such new phenomena of the digital economy as artificial intelligence. The author studies the legislative framework governing the use of artificial intelligence and robotics. The identified problems of the use of artificial intelligence and robotic devices require the development of a unified legislation - a legal framework aimed at eliminating uncertainty in legislation and establishing legal guarantees that would ensure the safety of their use in the Russian Federation.
