Problems of legal regulation of insolvency (bankruptcy) individual entrepreneurs

The article is devoted to the problems of legal regulation of insolvency (bankruptcy) of individual entrepreneurs. Within the framework of this study, an analysis of the current legislation on the regulation of insolvency (bankruptcy) procedures in relation to individual entrepreneurs is carried out. The article also addresses the issues of legal regulation of this procedure in foreign countries in order to resolve national legal issues. Based on the conducted research, the author suggests several ways to improve the effectiveness of the bankruptcy procedure for individual entrepreneurs, namely, reducing the time for bankruptcy proceedings, conducting a transparent procedure for satisfying creditors' claims, as well as mitigating the requirements for individual entrepreneurs during the bankruptcy procedure.
