Services in the Russian Federation

This work is devoted to the analysis of the foundations of legal regulation of consumer rights in the field of medical services: key categories of investigated legal relations, features of their parties are considered. The most detailed consideration is given to the legal status of the consumer of medical services, its key rights provided for by Russian law. Based on the analyzed provisions, a number of practical problems are highlighted, which are the most relevant today.
