Problems of legal regulation of land transfer from one category to another

The article deals with the problems that arise during the transfer of land from one category to another. The author considers the sources of legal regulation of the transfer of land from one category to another. In this study, the author concludes that the main problem of this topic is inaccuracies in the wording of the legislator, the lack of a clear distinction between the inadmissibility of translations, as well as violation of the deadlines for considering applications. This situation can be corrected only by introducing amendments to the regulatory legal acts, which will be associated with the clarification of some of the terms used, to consider changes in the timing of consideration of applications by state authorities at the local level and at the level of subjects of the federation. It is possible to increase these terms or create certain orders and instructions for these bodies.
