Problems of legal regulation of virtual property

This paper analyzes the problems of legal qualification of virtual property and legal regulation of legal relations with objects of virtual property. The analysis of judicial practice in the field of protection of property rights to virtual objects is carried out. The analysis of Russian and foreign experience and legislation in the field of digital currency regulation was carried out. The main provisions and conclusions of the article can be used to further study the issues of the place of virtual property in the system of Russian law.
