Problems of the legal status of an individual

The article outlines the problems of the legal status of an individual, which are due to scientific-theoretical and regulatory issues of understanding, types, content of the legal status of an individual and its legal limits. Attention is drawn to the ambiguity of the terminological apparatus concerning the legal status of the subject, its rights, obligations, limits, restrictions and prohibitions. It is concluded that the problems of the legal status of an individual relate to the understanding of such a status, an adequate understanding of the rights and obligations of the subject, which need to be concretized and systematized in the relevant regulatory legal acts.
