Problems of legality and legal order in public administration

This article is devoted to the study of the problems of law and order in the conditions of democratic transformations. Modern legal science has undergone significant changes in the field of the concepts of legality and law and order. Thus, legality in the activities of state bodies is not always perceived as a regime of legality. Crime and forms of counteraction to it are not linked to the political and legal regime and the peculiarities of the national legal system. The need for transformations in a civilized society is confirmed by the practice of the development of the state and legal life of society. The article emphasizes the importance of legality and the rule of law, which are the basis and means of functioning of public administration.
