Problems of Police Prevention and Combating Administrative Offenses in the Sphere of Entrepreneurship and Solutions

One of the most important areas of administrative activity for internal affairs agencies (police) today is the prevention and combating of administrative offenses, particularly those committed in the sphere of entrepreneurship. Combating this type of offense is of a special, specifi c nature due to the need to balance the private interests of the entrepreneur with the public interests of the state and society. Certain issues arise in the area of police prevention and combating administrative offenses in the sphere of entrepreneurship that require legal resolution. One of these is the lack of a uniform approach in judicial and law enforcement practice to the procedure for preventing offenses in the sphere of entrepreneurial activity. The need to address this and other issues motivated the selection of this article.
