Problems of preventing and suppressing crimes involving minors

Over the past 30 years, as Mongolia has transitioned to a democratic market system, profound socio-economic, political, and spiritual changes have occurred. Judicial bodies, other state and non-state bodies working to protect children, and the public make great efforts to combat juvenile delinquency and offences against them. As part of the law reform structural changes took place, as well as personnel training and retraining, renewal of their working methods, and necessary research on juvenile delinquency. The Internet continues to develop rapidly, innovative changes both at the global and national levels largely depend on how the protection of the rights and legitimate interests of children is understood. Cybercrime against minors and the fight against such crimes is an urgent problem not only in Mongolia, but throughout the world, it attracts the attention of scientists and specialists dealing with the problem of law and order and Internet safety of minors. The work used both general scientific methods (analysis, comparison, description) and special research methods, including the collection of scientific sources and information.
