Problems of application of civil and administrative liability during the bankruptcy procedure of individuals

The article discusses the features of civil and administrative liability applied to both the debtor and the financial manager in .the insolvency (bankruptcy) procedures of individuals provided for by the Federal Law "On Insolvency (Bankruptcy)", the Federal Law "On Amendments to the Federal Law "On Insolvency (Bankruptcy)", and certain legislative acts of the Russian Federation regarding the application of various types of liability in relation to a debtor citizen and an arbitration administrator. The author analyzes the main features of the application of these types of responsibility, as well as the difficulties in determining them.
