Problems of application and prospects for development of conception procedures in Russia

The article provides the law with opportunities for the court to implement the task of reconciliation of participants in civil proceedings. Some problems of judicial reconciliation in the resolution of disputes are analyzed. Some procedural changes are proposed, as well as a set of organizational and financial measures aimed at developing and popularizing conciliation procedures in Russian society.
