Problems of mediation application in civil proceedings

The article analyzes the scientific and practical problems of the application of mediation procedures in civil proceedings in Russia, notes their importance for the prompt resolution of the dispute, the functioning of the organizational and legal regime for the protection of the rights of citizens and legal entities in the sphere of civil turnover; emphasizes the moral and ethical significance of the negotiation process and the decisions taken during it in order to maintain friendly relations between business partners and other persons, as well as to reduce the burden on judges.
