The article deals with the problems faced by young specialists at the beginning of their professional path in educational organizations. The statistics of the most significant factors that influence the choice of work in the specialty «teacher» is given. The article describes the conditions contributing to the successful adaptation of young specialists and solving the main problems of young teachers. The existing support measures for young teachers in the Russian Federation are mentioned.
