Problems in investigation of environmental crimes and ways of their solutions in the Russian Federation

This article is devoted to the study of the main problems of combating environmental crimes in modern Russia. In view of this, the following objectives of scientific work are highlighted: criminal and legal review of environmental crimes; identification of the content of the regulatory framework environmental safety, as well as the reasons for the growth of environmental crime; development of recommendations on improvement of criminal legislation and law enforcement activities related to investigation of environmental crimes. The peculiarity of the content of the work is use of methods of deduction, induction, analysis, comparative legal and formal legal methods'.
