Problems of delimitation of municipal property

The purpose of this article is to consider the problem in the projection of the delimitation of property that is in municipal ownership, between municipal districts, settlements and urban districts. In this case, we mean a procedure in the course of which the legal affiliation of the status of objects of municipal property of municipal formations is changed, through the free transfer of ownership rights to an object of municipal property from one municipality to another.
