Problems of artificial intelligence development in legal regulation

One of the most significant technological trends of the last thirty years is the algorithmization of the activities of civil society and the state, which has sharply intensified due to the transition of the vast majority of information flows into digital form. It seems relevant to analyze the experience of digitalization of legal regulation in foreign countries, first of all, the latest achievements in the application of artificial intelligence to large arrays of legal information (Big Date). The analysis of foreign analytical legal databases (COMPAS, forecasting systems RAVEL LAW, ROSS (Watson/Ross), Context in Lexis Advance and Legal Analytics Platform was carried out, allowing to reduce to an algorithm the adoption of a legally significant (judicial) decision based on machine (electronic) analysis of a large array of data, the accompanying useful areas of influence were identified digitalization of the legal system.
