Problems of the development of the eco-environment of individual housing construction in Russia

The article studies the mechanisms of realization of the objects of individual housing construction and identifies the problematic issues affecting the development of this segment of the construction market in the current economic conditions. A comparative analysis of the degree of formation of the 'ecological environment of individual housing construction' in comparison with the 'ecological environment of housing' is carried out.
