Problems of development of industrial enterprises at the regional level

The article analyzes the problems of the development of industrial production in the regions of Russia on the example of enterprises of the Smolensk region, carrying out their activities in the field of beverage production: a low level of inventive activity in the region and an integral system of innovation support, high competition for investment resources with other regions, high risks in the implementation of innovative -investment projects. The author pays special attention to the problems of the development of innovation and investment activities of enterprises producing drinks both at the regional level and specifically at the level of a group of food industry enterprises. A model of a strategy for the development of innovative and investment activities in the Smolensk region has been developed, which provides for the goals, objectives, mandatory assessment of the strategic position of the enterprise, development of measures implemented within the framework of the strategy, determination of means of its implementation and assessment of the effectiveness of the proposed measures
