Problems of the implementation of administrative legislation in the activities of the internal affairs bodies of the Russian Federation (police)

Due to the fact that administrative rule-making seems to be universal and global, certain problems arise in the implementation of administrative legislation in the activities of internal affairs bodies. This article is aimed at considering specific problems in the application of the norms of administrative legislation in the activities of law enforcement agencies. In the course of researching this problematic issue, the authors determine the ways of solving these problems.
