Study of public-private partnership in Stavropol territory

The article discusses the mechanisms of public-private partnership and its development in the social sphere of Stavropol Territory. The projects of such a partnership can become a way out of the socio-economic crisis, and the method will help consolidate and strengthen the weak areas of the region's economy. The purpose of the work is to analyze the possibility of applying public-private partnership projects in the social sphere. The research tasks were solved thanks to the scientific analysis of a wide range of sources devoted to public-private partnership. The survey method was used to collect the data. The study provides an idea of the effectiveness of interaction between the private sector and the state; the existence of problems in the interaction of partners and which of them need to be solved as soon as possible; policies and legislative acts in this area, as well as what changes should be made to them; informing the media about such projects, their implementation and benefit.
