Problems of implementation of state protection of participants in legal proceedings

This article provides the goal - to consider the problems of a diverse nature that exist in the field of state protection of participants in legal proceedings. First of all, a number of problems are highlighted that may arise in the implementation of state protection of persons who are witnesses for various offenses, including grave crimes. The specificity of foreign experience in the field of witness protection is shown, which will eliminate some gaps in Russian practice.
