Problems of realization and protection of citizens' rights in the system of compulsory medical insurance

The article describes the features and problematic aspects of the implementation and protection of the rights of insured persons within the framework of the compulsory health insurance system. A brief analysis of the rights enshrined in the legislation of the Russian Federation is carried out, as a result of which shortcomings of the legal framework are revealed and judicial disputes arise that require modern and timely solutions.
