Problems of realization of the right of self-defense by employees

This article examines the issues of the implementation of the rights to self-defense of the employee's labor rights and interests in relation to other methods of protection, examines the procedure and form of the implementation of the right to self-defense of labor rights by the employee. The shortcomings of the legal regulation of self-defense are identified and ways to eliminate them are proposed. The conclusion is made about the effectiveness of self-defense measures in the Russian Federation and the potential for their development.
