Problems of regulation of conduct to self-government

The article analyzes the problems of regulating such a crime as bringing it to suicide, draws attention to the imperfection of the current criminal legislation, responsibility is excessively differentiated depending on the method of committing the crime. The text gives the position of scientists about possible ways of modernizing Art. 110 of the Criminal Code, specific proposals are formulated to optimize the law in terms of regulating the responsibility for bringing to suicide.
