Problems of the cashless payment system in the Russian Federation

This article discusses the current problems of the system of cashless payments in the Russian Federation. The article analyzes the articles of the current legislation in the field of cash and non-cash payments. The ways of solving the existing problems are highlighted, and recommendations are made.
