Problems of compliance with procedural times in the arbitration procedure

This article examines some of the problems of the legal institution of procedural terms of arbitration proceedings, issues related to the application of procedural terms under the current legislation in theory and practice, and also examines the opinions of various scientists regarding this topic. The ways of solving the problems of applying procedural terms in the arbitration process with the aim of further improving the legislation on procedural terms of both arbitration and civil proceedings are given.
