Problems of social security for citizens with preschool children in the Russian Federation

The concept and essence of the social security institution are considered from a sociological and economic point of view. Definition of social security of citizens subject to the rule of law, systematized legal acts regulating the process of social support of citizens with children of preschool age in Russia. The main problems that exist when providing social security measures to families with children of this age are revealed, as well as tools for supporting the analyzed social groups, taking into account the spread of a new coronavirus infection in the territory of the Russian Federation in 2020.
