Problems of relationship of human rights and freedoms in the education system and security issues

The article presents an analysis of the amendments to the Federal Law “On Education in the Russian Federation” that entered into force on June 1, 2021. The author correlates these changes with the cultural, personal and political rights of the teaching staff, as well as with the rights of educational organizations — participants in educational, scientific and methodological and international scientific and educational activities. The attention is focused on some priority areas of activities to ensure security in the education system, aimed primarily at internal threats.
