Problems of combining the job activities and educational process of adults, specialists

Based on the analysis of the literature and the conducted survey, this article identifies the main positive and negative aspects of combining work activities and educational process. The main emphasis is pointed on the educational process of adults and the psychological problems that arise in them when combining these processes are considered in detail. The analysis of the results of the sociological survey is given in a brief form, however, sufficient to draw conclusions. The main conclusions and recommendations are given at the end of the article.
