Problems of comparative law in the context of globalization

This article discusses the problems that have arisen in the process of globalization and affect the life of the state and society. Gradually, globalization has begun to cover all spheres of public life, as a result of this process, legal systems are gradually merging in the world, which in turn have a reflection on the life of society, including within the legal field. Based on this, the principle of individualism is gradually ceasing to exist in the world, and the world community is striving for a state of uniformity of legal systems.
