Problems of formation and development of technological sovereignty in the Russian Federation

The author considers the expansion of the concept of sovereignty due to such a phenomenon as technological sovereignty. Attempts have been made to substantiate the need for the establishment and development of technological sovereignty in the Russian Federation. The author analyzes approaches to the definition of technological sovereignty and identifies several of its main components: subjects, objects and institutions. The author examines the process of technological sovereignty formation using the example of the institute of import substitution.
