Problems of forensic activities in non-state forensic organizations

This article discusses such an important topic for today as the problems of forensic activities in non-state forensic organizations. Currently, the number of judicial disputes in the resolution of which requires expert evaluation is increasing. The author of the article believes that in the civil and arbitration proceedings, evaluation activities, in the vast majority of cases, carried out by non-government expert institutions, is insufficiently regulated. In this paper we will highlight some of the problems in this area and propose ways to solve them.
