Problems of technical service in agro-industrial complex of Baikal region

The system of technical service of the machine and tractor fleet in agriculture is characterized by a significant decrease in efficiency due to the critical physical and moral wear and tear of the equipment of repair and service enterprises, a low level and insufficient qualification of executive personnel and managers of agrotechnical service enterprises. The purpose of this work is to highlight the role of technological equipment of technical service enterprises in maintaining the working condition of agricultural machinery. This problem of the technical service of machines in the agro-industrial complex currently requires additional research, due to the changed conditions for the development of the engineering and technical service and its material and technical base. The tasks set in this paper are related to the analysis of the reasons for the decline in the technical and organizational level of enterprises of complete repair and measures to overcome the crisis in this area.
