Problems of textual research of hand-written and printed text of F. M. Dostoevsky

Results of the textual studies of manuscripts and published editions of Dostoevsky’s oeuvres related to his early and more mature periods are presented in the article. The focus of the research was on the problems of the modern textual science. Understanding of such problems is instrumental in defining specific approaches to the analysis of the author’s texts.
