On the typology of subject structure in the lyrics of Osip Mandelstam

The article deals with the problem of the typology and the poetics of subject structures in the poetry by Osip Mandelstam. The author pays special attention to the forms of explicitly of lyrical subject and its functions within the poetic text. It is for the first time that the author’s subjectivity in the “impersonal” poems is studied as a text-generating principle of the poetics of Mandelstam. As a result, the paper shows that the analysis of Mandelstam’s poetry actualizes the problem of the subjective structure in poetry in general.
