Problems of employment of students and graduates

The article deals with the actual problem of youth employment, which is the main potential of socio-economic processes. On the basis of secondary research, trends in the employment of Russian youth are summarized, and the requirements of the modern labor market for young professionals are determined. Based on the identified problems in youth employment, the authors have identified further ways to improve the process of promoting the employment of students and graduates.
