This article discusses the problems of participation of experts in procurement procedures in accordance with the Federal law of April 5, 2013 № 44-FZ "on the contract system in the procurement of goods, works and services for state and municipal needs." It refers to the responsibility of experts in the case of improper performance of their duties and analyzes the case of unilateral refusal to perform the contract.
